The Northern California Chapter of the Alliance of Hazardous Materials Professionals (AHMP) is pleased to announce a series of three webinars on process safety management at industrial facilities.

Process safety management or perhaps the lack of its full implementation has been prominently in the news with recent industrial incidents including the devastating fertilizer plant explosion in West Texas and the Chevron refinery fire in Richmond, California.

The webinars offer an opportunity to gain an insight into this very important area we have as hazardous materials managers whether you are in an industrial setting, an agency official or a consultant.  Each webinar will be held on a Wednesday morning and last approximately 90 minutes with ample time for questions and answers.

The process safety management regulations pose complex compliance requirements for industrial facilities.  The history of industrial chemical accidents over the last 25 years has shown time and time again that not fully embracing sound process safety management can be disastrous. These Webinars will help you navigate through the process of considering many options for implementing and refining your process safety management program.
